Retention of part of a demolished outbuilding (protected structure) and planning permission to rectify gable of same, retention of detached garage to north of house and planning permission to install two doors to same and retention of brick paving to both sides of house. House retention as follows: retain single storey rear extension (65 sqm) partly built over a disused water well retain the replacement of all sash windows and front door, retain the conversion of two single doors to windows and the conversion of a large window to double doors.
