Construction of a biodiversity community park consisting of; gaa pitch, training pitch, 2km walking tracks that encircles the park and joins up with the local primary school, 150 seat viewing stand with toilet cubicles to rear, club house/dressing rooms, outdoor covered community space, children's play park, bicycle pump park, 18m tall poles with flood lights for pitches, 2m tall retaining wall with a 1.1m safety barrier, 8m tall poles with street lighting for entrance lanes and car parking, 6m tall poles with street lighting for walkway, 14m tall ball stop nets and goal posts, an electronic scoreboard, new entrance with roads and 113 car parking spaces with 6 bus bays and bicycle parking areas, biodiversity orchard with picnic areas and wild meadow grass areas, a biodiversity pond/wetland area, boundary treatments in the form of several fence types and natural fencing in the form of trees and hedges, an attenuation system with an oil bypass separator and an outfall to local stream, all sewer connections to connect to public sewer system, services such as telephone, esb, street lighting and sewer will connect to public services, water to connect to local gws.
