No. P03/2167 & p05/1853 the development will consist of 10 no. 4 bed semi-detached houses, 8 no. 4 bed detached houses, 10 no. 3 bed semi-detached houses and 4 no. 2 bed semi-detached bungalows. The de-commission and removal of the existing temporary foul sewer and rising main system and construct and commission a new sewage pumping station at a new location with gravity sewers connected to the new pumping station. The construction of access roads and landscaped amenity open spaces including a muga. The application will include a natura impact statement (nis) for this development and connection to existing on site services and all associated site works
