The development will consist of the of the following, no 1 renovation of existing workshop / shop, construction of extension to front and rear of existing workshop /shop. No 2 removal of existing fuel pump island, construct new fuel pump island forecourt area and filling station canopy. No 3 installation of underground bunded fuel tanks and associated pipework etc. No 4 installation of a totem sign to the south east corner of the site.
