Ground floor 1-bedroom apartments and 6 no. 3-bedroom duplex units above - all apartments/duplex units to include terrace/private amenity space); (b) vehicular/pedestrian access from the athboy road (r154) via internal roads within ‘the belfry’ to include associated works, along with temporary construction access from the adjoining agricultural lands to the west from the athboy road; (c) the provision of 161 no. Surface resident car parking spaces (including visitor/ev) as well as bicycle storage for apartments (24 no. In 2 no. Single storey structures) and terraced houses in secure shelters to their front curtilage (totalling 90 no.
