The development comprises 314 no. Residential units consisting of 234 no. Houses, 2 to 3 storeys in height, comprising of 3 no. 2-bed houses, 167 no. 3-bed houses, 64no. 4-bed houses and 4no. Apartment blocks, 1 to 5 storeys in height, accommodating 80 no. Apartments comprising, 17no. 1-bed apartments, 63no. 2-bed apartments with balconies/terraces; a childcare facility (c. 396.3 sqm) at ground floor of apartment block d. Vehicular access from station road (l2228) is to be provided by the dunboyne eastern distributor road as previously permitted under mcc reg. Ref. 24/60709. All ancillary site development and landscape works, including new internal access roads, footpaths, lighting, public open space (1.74 ha), 486no. Car parking spaces, 489 no.
