A large-scale residential development - apply for permission for a period of 8 years for a large-scale residential development at a site (c. 7.93 ha) bounded generally by station road (l2228) to the south, dunboyne train station and the iarnród éireann rail line to the west, greenfield lands to the north and east on lands in the townland of dunboyne, dunboyne, county meath. The development comprises 314 no. Residential units consisting of 234 no. Houses, 2 to 3 storeys in height, comprising of 3 no. 2-bed houses, 167 no. 3-bed houses, 64no. 4-bed houses and 4no. Apartment blocks, 1 to 5 storeys in height, accommodating 80 no. Apartments comprising, 17no. 1-bed apartments, 63no. 2-bed apartments with balconies/terraces; a childcare facility (c. 396.3 sqm) at ground floor of apartment block d. Vehicular access from station road (l2228) is to be provided by the dunboyne eastern distributor road as previously permitted under mcc reg. Ref. 24/60709. All ancillary site development and landscape works, including new internal access roads, footpaths, lighting, public open space (1.74 ha), 486no. Car parking spaces, 489 no. Bicycle parking spaces, communal open space, esb sub-stations, bin storage and boundary treatments. The proposed development seeks amendments to approximately 7.93ha of an already permitted residential development under mcc ref. 24/60709 on an overall site of 21.9ha, so as now to provide 865 units overall and includes adjustments to phasing and represents an increase of 55 additional units, overall.
