Development will consist of the following works: removal of existing flat-roofed lean-to garage (1970's prefabricated concrete construction) to the south face of the existing house. Alterations & refurbishment of the existing dwelling including externally insulating the building envelope, re-roofing the pitched roof, modification to facades to accommodate new windows, gutters, downpipes and finishes along with removing internal partitions to reconfigure the interior layout.
