The development will consist of the construction of replacement logistic and light industrial units to replace the original 17 no. Units contained in the existing building (total area 1,583 sq. M. ) destroyed by fire. The proposal will consist of two buildings (2 x 872.9 sq. M giving a total of 1,745.8 sq. M. Which is a 10.28% increase on the original area destroyed by the fire) each containing 6 no. Units of varying sizes. New internal access road, car & truck parking, along with all associated services, to include a new proprietary waste water treatment unit and polishing filter to serve the new buildings, service connections, site development & landscape works
