The development consists of the conservation and redevelopment of the 2 no. Protected structures to provide for a 86 no. Bedroom hotel, conference centre, casino, 3 no. Retail units, hotel restaurant and bars, with ancillary storage, kitchen, toilets, services, staff facilities and associated signage. The development ranges in height from 1 to 5 storeys.
