Provision of a new water treatment plant (wtp) site in ardan and will comprise the following: extension of the existing site to incorporate additional lands to the east; construction of a new water treatment plant (wtp) process building , gross floor area 1,370 sqm approximately; refurbishmentof the existing single storey ardan wtp building, gross floor area 25 sqm approximately; construction of a new esb sub-station building, gross floor area 14 sqm approximately; construction of all external ancillary process tank structures including construction of new sludge treatment process tanks; provision of a new entrance at the existing ardan wtp site on the r421; together with earthworks, retaining walls, service connections, water, foul sewer and storm drain connections, improvements to existing boundaries, landscaping and all associated site works.
