The proposed development consists of the following works: above ground coagulation and flocculation tank; 3 no. Below ground wash water settlement tanks; 1 no. Below ground acid dosing static mixer chamber; 1 no. Below ground polymer dosing static mixer chamber; 4 no. Below ground chemical spill collection tanks with valve chambers; welfare building; chemical storage building-2; chemical storage-1 and mcc building; uv and bw pumps kiosk; extension of existing esb substation building; store room; mcc-2 and polymer dosing kiosk; supernatant pump sump and valve chamber; high lift pump sump; modifications to the clear water tank to provide for uv- bw pumps kiosk, backwash tank, disinfection, conditioning mixing chambers and clear water tank; installation roof mounted solar pv panels; demolition and removal of existing buildings / facilities, including: (a) chemicals storage building (b) chlorine tank kiosk (c) sulphuric acid dosing kiosk (d) store building (e) fluorine tank kiosk (f) storage container (g) centrifuge kiosk (h) dewatering kiosk (i) sludge holding tank (j) 2 no.
