First floor extension to comprise of wcs, meeting room, treatment room, store, mutli-purpose social room with kitchen, viewing gallery & balcony (2) construct a new window to first floor of existing western gable. (3) demolish existing lean-to covered shelter on the existing western elevation and to construct a new balcony to existing western gable which will form a new covered seating area on the ground level. (4) construct an enclosed playground area to southern gable of two storey proposal (approximately 135m2) with a 1.2 m high pvc coated weld mesh fence (5) reconnection to existing site services.
