Construction of temporary partitions to the stairs and corridors to restrict access to certain parts of the building, construction of a screen to protect the spanish leather wallpaper in room
  • Minor renewal/repositioning of service outlets in the rooms, installation of a sink unit in the staff/admin room, new lighting, repainting walls/ceilings and joinery items, inserting a disabled wc into the existing toilet area on the south west side, reinstating toilets into the existing toilet block in the later extension on the north east side. Second floor: repair the existing toilets in the later extension on the north east side. Externally: construct an enclosing fence to an external area on the east side, alter the existing carparking area on the west side to form a play area including an enclosing fence
