Houses, consisting of 28 two-bed units, 83 three-bed units and 11 four-bed units, ranging in height from 2-3 storeys. B) 84 duplex units, consisting of 48 one-bedroom units and 36 three-bedroom units, ranging in height from 2-3 storeys. C) 178 apartments consisting of 43 one bedroom units and 135 two-bedroom units, ranging in height from 5-7 storeys. Ii. Tenant amenity floorspace with a gross floor area of 139 sq. M. Iii. 1.49 ha of public open space including a public plaza and 0.15 ha of communal amenity space; iv. The provision of a childcare facility with a gross floor area of 239 sq. M and associated play area; v. The provision of 361 car parking spaces, including 10 disabled parking spaces and 16 reserved for visitor parking and 3 reserved for creche staff. Vi.
