(g) vehicular access to the proposed development will be from the citywest road (n82) and will include pedestrian crossings and works to facilitate access (including vehicular and footpath/bridges over stream/ditch), secondary vehicular and pedestrian access to boundary to lands to north (currently under construction) and pedestrian to boundary to magna drive. (h) provision of surface water and underground attenuation and all ancillary site development work.
