Development comprising the construction of an approx. 2500m long distributor road ,including the reconstruction of approx. 205m of oldcourt road, to connect oldcourt road in the west with stocking lane in the east. The project entails the construction of an approx 7.5m carriageway with provision of a grass verge, footpath and cycleway on both sides (total reservation 17m): the provision of an additional approx. 275m of footpath stretching west from project chainage ch. 866.7 along the northern edge of oldcourt road. The realignment of approx. 483m of ballycullen road. The realignment of approx. 263m of stocking lane. The creation of eleven new junctions along the length of the road at project chainage ch. 1243 (junction with existing local access road), ch. 1318.8, ch. 1505.2 (exit junction to part oldcourt road), ch. 1723.6, ch. 1873.1 (new roundabout to ballycullen road),ch. 2093.1, ch. 2466, ch. 2572.1, ch. 2804, ch. 3262 and ch. 3366 (new roundabout to stocking lane) to serve future planned developments; site developments and landscape works.
