Ground floor commercial units and 6 no. 3 bed duplex apartments and 2 no. 1 bed apartments on the upper levels and (2) 2 storey block b with ground floor creche and 5 no. 1 bed apartments with gallery access and (3) 2 storey block c with ground floor public house and 1st floor restaurant incorporating minor modifications to layout, plans and elevations to current application including associated service areas including kitchen and cellar and clock tower and (4) 3 storey block d with 6 no.
