Pl06s. 119437), s00a/0767 and s01a/0866. Block c as approved comprises a 6 storey over basement building with 99 apartments. The proposed additional 12 apartments for which permission is now being sought are to be located on part of the fifth floor of the block. The additional apartments will comprise 1 no. Three bedroom, 7 no. Two bedroom and 4 no. One bedroom units. A revised car parking layout is proposed at basement level entailing the provision of 14 extra car parking spaces and revisions to the previously permitted storage areas. The overall site within which block c is located, is some 3.12 hectares (and contains a protected structure known as bushy park house).
