Apartments consisting of 3 no. 1 bed units and 11 no. 2-bed units all within the existing envelope of bushy park house and the existing basement extension; associated site development, services and landscaping works. 14 no. Existing bicycle spaces and 21 no. Existing car parking spaces within the existing basement car park, will be allocated to the proposed residential development access to the development will be via the existing access to bushy park residential development. All on a site of 0.21 hectares.
