The construction of 157sq. M creche at penthouse level. (2) the construction of 3 new retail units, (805 sq. M. , 702 sq. M and 584 sq. M respectively) to the rear of the existing retail centre in substitution of existing first floor retail units creating an additional area of 706 sq. M. Over the remodelled 93 space basement carpark, a new 5 level 369 space multi - storey carpark above, with 2 no. New access ramps to the basement and multi - storey carparks and the reconfiguration of the northern and southern vehicular entrances to the belgard road elevation. The provision of additional service corridors and commercial refuses stores. (3) the development shall include the replacement of an existing basement level esb substation at ground floor, refuse storage at ground floor for retail and at basement level for residential, site ancillary works and hard and soft landscaping works including the upgrading of the landscaped area between belgard road and high street.
