- A new three-storey high lift with lobbies, on a site between the existing bridge club and st. Michael's house. This development will be carried out in conjunction with the repair and renovation of templeogue house, to form an overall community-use based campus in the site. [the repair and renovation of templeogue house was approved separately, under a part 8 consultation, by south dublin county council in july 2005]. Templeogue house is referred to in south dublin county council's record of protected structures - schedule 2 of the south dublin development plan 2004-2010 under map ref. No. 240. Templeogue house is identified in the national inventory of architectural heritage (niah) interim county survey for the south dublin county area, which was published 15/11/02 under reg. No. 11216013. The niah rates the structure as being of architectural, archaeological and social interest and of regional rating. The subject site if located within a recorded monument site smr ref.
