The variations proposed and hereby submitted consist of the reduction in size of the lift shaft and relocation of a smaller lift with direct external access to ground level, the retention of existing first floor office window and emergency exit from bridge hall lobby and the replacement of orignal smokers shelter on the site. Templeogue house is referred to in south dublin council's record of protected structures - schedule 2 of the south dublin county development plan 2004
