M. ) comprises a part single storey, part 2-storey and part 3-storey (lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor level) building to provide the following; 46 no. Bedrooms providing 54 no. Bed spaces in all at ground and first floor level with all ancillary residential and health care facilities and uses; 12 no.
