The new building extension (approx. 4,348 sq. M. ) comprises a part single storey, part 2-storey and part 3-storey (lower ground floor, ground floor and first floor level) building to provide the following; 46 no. Bedrooms providing 54 no. Bed spaces in all at ground and first floor level with all ancillary residential and health care facilities and uses; 12 no. En-suite staff bedrooms and ancillary staff facilities, storage and outreach control offices at lower ground floor level; 2-storey day care and treatment centre at ground and first floor level to comprise, inter alia, dining areas, physiotherapy & occupational therapy treatment rooms, and ancillary health care facilities; extension of permitted internal site circulation road; 48 car parking spaces at lower ground floor level; all ancillary landscaping, site development works and re-configuration of site services to service the existing building and the new building extension; vehicular access via the entrance to the overall development off stocking lane permitted under reg.
