Demolition of the existing house and the construction of a detached, four bedroom dormer bungalow of 201sq. M. And three 3-bedroom, two storey terraced houses of 142sq. M. , 148sq. M. And 142sq. M. : all houses and the 8 off-road car parking spaces will be entered off main street with new pedestrian and vehicular accesses; existing boundary walls to north, east and south of the site are retained; new rear and dividing boundary walls to terraced houses are rendered concrete block 1.8m in height; new front boundary and dividing walls are brickwork 0.9m in height and with painted steel gates at pedestrian and vehicular entrance. The ground floor level of the dormer bungalow consists of an entrance space, bedroom, toilet, kitchen, utility room, dining and living area; a conservatory opens the house towards the private back garden; three bedrooms, a bathroom, separate toilet and storage spaces are at first floor; the facade material will be brick with powder coated metal frame windows; the slate roof with its 3 velux-type windows to the north and a dormer window to the south complete the house; the ground floor level of each of the three terraced houses consists of entrance hall, toilet, utility room, kitchen, dining and living area; a private terrace and garden is situated east at the rear of the building; on the first floor three bedrooms, a bath, a toilet and some storage space can be found; the accessible attic space above first floor can be used as additional storage space; the houses are finished with a brick facade, timber framed hardwood windows and a slate roof; the front and back gardens will have both hard and soft external landscaping.
