Demolition of the existing house and shed structures (280sq. M. ) and the construction of five 2 bedroom two storey terraced houses (100 sq. M. Each) facing main street and six 2-bedroom apartments (73-78sq. M. ) in a three storey block to the rear of the site. A total of 16 off-street car parking spaces will be provided.
