Two bedroom apartments and 1 no. 1 bedroom apartment; the construction of a new 3/4 storey building on edmondstown road to provide 6 no. Two bedroom apartments and 1 no. 1 bedroom apartment; extensive site landscaping including a river walkway along the owendoher river; to construct a two storey basement to accommodate 96 no.
