Two bedroom apartments; the refurbishment of an ancillary mill building, a three storey structure, to provide 3 no. Two bedroom apartments; the retention of the existing "reckitt" facade on edmondstown road; partial demolition of the existing factory building and, in its place, the construction of a 3/4/5 storey building to provide 34 no. Two bedroom apartments and 1 no. 1 bedroom apartment; the construction of a new 3/4 storey building on edmondstown road to provide 6 no. Two bedroom apartments and 1 no. 1 bedroom apartment; extensive site landscaping including a river walkway along the owendoher river; to construct a two storey basement to accommodate 96 no. Cars and 62 no.
