Back gardens were increased from 365.00 sq. M. To 441.99 sq. M. In size to incorporate the site area of the omitted single house previously located between the 2 no. Proposed dwellings. The area of the proposed dwellings is increased from 126.08 sq. M. To 139.90 sq. M. A private road and public footpath off bohernabreena road will be provided as well as 2 no. Car park spaces per dwelling; the existing dwelling will be retained and will share the same car access; together with landscape, boundary treatment and all associated site development works.
