The revised plans consist of (1) the omission of retail unit 8, leaving 7 no. Proposed retail units in total, increasing the combined total retail floor area by 42 sq m to 9,566 sq m (the proposed 829 sq m open air garden centre attached to unit 3 remains unchanged).
