Sign a: the top of which is to be 16.95m above gfl, 1.45m above finished parapet level, to face south fronting onto the n7 dual carriageway. To be 9.2m x 1.32m in size, constructed of freestanding letters of aluminium letter surrounds with perspex inset, to be internally illuminated. Sign b: attached to south east elevation covering an area of 4.97m x 2.92m. Top level of signage at 14.75m above gfl, 750mm below finished parapet level. To be constructed of individual 2mm 'fret cut' stainless steel letters, pin-mounted and rear illuminated.
