Sd06a/1107), including a reduction in the number of dwellings from 82 to 61 by means of the omission of all apartments and a reduction in the number of duplex units and car spaces across the site. The proposed development comprises 17 no. Two bedroom units (7 no. Houses and 10 no. Duplexes), 44 no. Three-bedroom units (34 no. Houses and 10 no. Duplexes) and 121 no. Car parking spaces. The layouts of three of the housing blocks have been amended so that the corner duplex / apartment are removed and replaced with houses. The building height of the blocks at the south eastern and south western corners has been decreased by 3.45m and the blocks at the north eastern and north western corners of the site have been decreased by 3.80m. The described changes result in the decrease of the overall gross floor area from 7,669.6sq. M. To 6,533.5sq. M.. The public open space has remained unchanged.
