Permission and retention is sought for citywest golf village granted permission under planning ref. S02a/0096 and amended by further permission ref. Sd04a/0944. Permission is sought for change of ground floor block a from retail, ground floor block b from retail, ground, first and second floors block c from club house, crèche and administration, ground and first floors block d from restaurant, to an international english language school. Permission is also sought to retain 417sq. M. Of second floor space constructed in roof space of block d and to use same as classrooms for the school. In addition, permission is sought to horizontally sub-divide the ground floor space of blocks a and b to create additional mezzanine space, 1924sq. M. In block a and 2191sq. M. In block b for classrooms, administration area, library, canteen and kitchen facilities, staff room, student and staff toilets. Amendments are also sought to the elevations of the existing 4 buildings consisting of provision of additional windows to facilitate the creation of the mezzanine floor to blocks a and b and additional windows to the roof space of blocks c and d. Permission is also sought for the extension of the link block between blocks c and d currently serving the ground floor to be extended upwards to link the blocks at first and second floors.
