The revisions to the permitted café/restaurant and 4 retail/commercial units involve minor amendments to the front (east) elevation of each of the units involving replacement of previously permitted cladding with render on the lower level of each shop front and the insertion of an esb switch room within the permitted café/restaurant and associated access doors on the rear (west) elevation.
