M) across 4 blocks (blocks a to d); the breakdown for the individual blocks is as follows: block a (3 storeys (1,497sq. M), 7 apartments and 7 duplex apartments; block b (3 storeys (851sq. M) 4 apartments and 4 duplex apartments; block c (3 storeys (777sq. M), 6 apartments and 2 retail units and block d (2 storey (243sq. M), the refurbishment, alteration and extension of the existing 2 storey former public house (including the demolition of a 3sq. M rear lean-to) and its change of use to 1 office unit and 1 apartment with new bin stores and bike store to the rear. The provision of private open space, communal and public open space; surface car parking (30 spaces); all hard and soft landscaping including boundary treatments; suds measures including attenuation tanks; pv panels; changes to levels and all other associated site excavation and site development works above and below ground. Vehicular access will be form pairc mhuire to the south.
