Sd21a/0137), including vehicular access from oldcourt road; 3 ball courts; 2 pedestrian and cyclist access points and 1 pedestrian only access point to the northern boundary of the site; car parking; surface water drainage; attenuation tanks; piped infrastructure and ducting; changes in level and all associated site development and excavation works above and below ground; the development will also include minor revisions to the previously permitted car parking area to allow for the provision of additional car parking spaces to serve the post primary school; the development will also include 3 additional ball courts and play areas; 1 storage building (c. 48 sq.
