On receipt of additional information on 3/8/2005 the proposal is amended as follows:- residential development consisting of 252 no. Dwelling units consisting of 27 no. 4 bed detached and semi-detached houses, 89 no. 2, 3 & 4 bed town houses, 36 no. 3 bed duplex units with 36 no. 2 bed apartments in 13 no. 3 storey blocks and 64 no. 2 & 3 bed apartments in 16 no. 2, 3, 4 & 5 storey blocks, being a reduction in the number of units on the original application, and to include for all associated site and infrastructural works, temporary foul sewer pumping station, surface water attenuation, public open spaces and landscaping on a site of approx. 5.69 hectares immediately south of hillcrest estate at dodsborough, lucan, co. Dublin with access off new east-west distributor road with dodsborough road being part of development area 3 (airlie stud) of adamstown stretegic development zone planning scheme. This development also includes for a provision of footpath to the west of the r120, south of the junction of tandy's lane.
