Ground floor commercial units on the southern elevation of the site - unit 1 is a large convenience store of c. 427sq. M. , units 2 & 3 are shop units of c. 103sq. M. Each and unit 4 is a proposed coffee shop of c. 106sq. M. With an associated area of outdoor seating at the southwest corner of the block; surface treatment and finishing details of previously permitted (sdz06a/6 & sdz06a/7) pedestrian street to the northern edge of the site, the provision of bin and bicycle storage facilities, site development and landscape works; a total of 96 no. Carparking spaces, including those on the southern side of the adamstown station access road, and 62 no. Cycle parking spaces are provided at both surface and basement level; vehicular access to serve the development will be taken from the adamstown station access road via the north/south road to the east of the primary schools permitted under planning reg. Ref.
