For a concrete batch manufacturing facility consisting of the following; one concrete batching plant unit including a control cabin, four no. Cement silos (to 15 metres in height) six no. Storage bins, a reserve water tank, a truck wash out area with settlement tanks used for water collection and re-cycling, 2.750m2 storage yard and associated land-scaping and ancillary service all contained within 2.2 hectares of the roadstone carroll's cross facility. The existing ancillary quarry facilities, such as wheelwash, weighbridge and site entrance will continue to be used to service the development.
