For 10 year planning permission for the development which will consist of the construction of a battery energy storage system (bess) development on a 2.49 hectare site consisting of:- i. The installation of 48 no. Bess modules on concrete plinths; ii. 24 no. Mv skid units on concrete plinths; iii. 1no. 110kv transformer and associated switchgear and electrical equipment; iv. 1 no. Modular customer control building; v. Erection of 2.6m high security fencing around the site; vi. Installation of pole-mounted security cameras and lighting; vii. Construction of 1 no. New permanent site entrance; viii. Construction of new access tracks; ix. Installation of electrical cabling; x. Landscaping and reinstatement works; and xi. All associated ancillary development.
