Independent residential dwellings, complete with bay window extensions to front elevation, demolition and replacement of existing porch with new design accommodating two new entrances, demolition of elements to the rear of the existing building and construction of new extensions alterations to the rear of the existing building, and all ancillary changes and revisions to all elevations.
