A co-located energy storage development as per the renewable energy directive iii) within a total site area of approximately 4.16 ha, to include one ipp modular control building on concrete plinths with a maximum height of 4.63m and associated electrical compound, 180 containerised battery storage modules on concrete support structures with a maximum height of 4.2m, 30 electrical transformer / inverter stations on concrete supports, associated electrical ducting / cabling, security fencing and cctv security monitoring system, storage containers, lightning protection poles and ancillary equipment.
