Construction of one number single storey commercial building containing a retail outlet with sit down area for shop/deli, incorporating toilets, shop storage area and office, measuring 180.4 m sq. Permission is also sought for five number refuelling pumps with adjacent forecourt measuring 282.3 m sq with canopy overhead and 3 no. Underground fuel storage tanks containing diesel, petroleum and kerosene and green diesel (40,000 litres in total) permission is also sought for advertisement signage measuring a total of 17.69 sq m. Permission is also sought for the construction of: one number stand alone fuel storage depot measuring 279.5 , sq and to install four number above ground fuel storage tanks (54,000 litres in total) containing kerosene, gas oil and diesel, surrounded by an impermeable concrete bund and for drainage channel connected to a petrol interceptor. Permission is also sought to install an access road to the proposed buildings with electrical gates to the fuel store and bund tank and permission for an entrance on to the adjoining public road. Permission is also sought to install petrol interceptors for the surface water drainage system from the site and to discharge into existing services, adjacent to the site and the public road and for connection to the main sewer line adjacent to site and for the upgrading and completion of the existing public road ,and all associated site works, appropriate assessment screening report and stage 2 natura impact statement submitted.
