Side of main building to provide 4 no bus parking bays and total 44 car parking spaces, including wheelchair and ambulance spaces, with associated pedestrian footpaths to shop and dining area . Re-location of fill points and vents to lockable cabinet on service island, including spill kit area, esb mini-pillar and dcd unit (driver controller delivery unit) all as required to meet current emergency control regulations. 2 no 11,000 lit class 1, full retention and alarmed petrol interceptors with discharge to open drain to serve parking area for cars, buses and trucks. 1 no. 7,000 lit underground tank for truck diesel and 1 no. 3000 lit underground tank for agricultural diesel. Retention and completion of truck wash in new location to south west rear of site including single storey shed of 55 sm for wash controls and switch gear with 2 no 8,000 lit tanks under shed for storage of rainwater from two storey building to supply re-circulating truck wash.
