Retention permission is also sought for extending internal floor area at first floor level, internal stairs to access extended office, alterations to elevations, site entrance, access road, boundary fence, footpaths and car parking area which formed part of previously granted planning ref no 06/5247 & 03/5291. The application includes the significant amendments made on the proposed development will consist of the following, revised red boundary line to include access road to the applicants site to be retained. Change of use of partial ground floor warehouse/manufacturing area to office area. Proposed native species hedgerow screening to be planted along the rear south-west wall of the yard, and metal plank screening to be located to the north-west and the south-east boundary fence of the yard
