The proposed development will comprise of the construction of a new single-storey crematorium (circa 1,520 sqm) and associated outbuildings (circa 63 sqm). The proposed development will also provide: 124 no. Car parking spaces including accessible parking, ev charging spaces, accessible-sized ev charging spaces; 3 no. Coach parking spaces; 28 no. Bicycle parking spaces; all associated hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, roads, footpaths, bin storage, 1 no. Esb sub-station, and all other ancillary works above and below ground. Access is provided from the eastern boundary via the existing business park road, which connects to the r394. A natura impact statement (nis) accompanies this application
