Permission for further works to previous grant ref 18/6327, changes are proposed to the design as follows; the replacement of all the doors and windows in the outbuilding to the east of the main dwelling with solid hardwood units to ensure weather tightness, no change of use proposed to the outbuilding. The replacement of the steel gates to the courtyard with solid hardwood units. The construction of a low profile, lean to greenhouse to the south-east elevation of the outbuilding to replace existing lean to shed which is in poor repair. Demolish and replace the existing utility area to create a larger flat roofed utility/pantry area at the north-east of the main dwelling. Replacing an east facing ground floor window on the main dwelling with a set of double doors equal in width to the existing window. The construction of a single storey solid hardwood orangery to the south elevation of the main dwelling including minor works to the elevation of the dwelling to allow access from existing dwelling to proposed orangery. The construction of a single storey low profile steel garden shed to the north-east of the dwelling in the garden on the east boundary. Altering the layout of the access driveway from previously granted new proposed entrance from the public road in planning ref 18/6327 (location of entrance not changed from previously granted in ref 18/6327). Altering the location of the new proposed foul waste water treatment plant and percolation bank from previously granted in planning ref 18/6327 to a location to suit new access driveway layout and new proposed steel shed, together with all associated landscaping, site works and services, "st etchens" is a protected structure .
