Development for work to a protected structure. The development will consist/consists of the change of use from retail/bistro/restaurant to cafe/gym/co-working/offices through internal fit-out works. Level 2 is extended marginally to the rear to take the former boiler room into the building envelope and a roof terrace / pergola is proposed next to this. Rectification roofing works, rear and side elevation cleanups are proposed along with replacement windows. Additionally the original protected portion of the building will have front facade (facing pearse street) cleaning, re-pointing, repairs and repainting works; roof repairs / maintenance work completed in line with a conservation report / specification as well as new signage. Bike parking and a bin enclosure are proposed to the rear carpark area as well as a new pedestrian entrance gate and other ancillary siteworks. Internal alterations include removal of modern partitioning at each level, break-outs, new partitioning at each level, new floor finishes, fire doors, replacement of emergency services and other minor alterations
