- A racing stables & yard at rathconrath house, a "protected structure". The proposed development will consist of the following elements
- The demolition of existing, derelict and semi-derelict outbuildings and part of the garden wall
- The refurbishment of existing carriage house and two agricultural sheds to its rear, including the partial re-roofing of carriage house, opening of blocked-up apertures and installation of new, door and window joinery and conservation roof lights. Two agricultural sheds to be re-roofed in profiled, steel cladding to match existing slate roofs in colour. Carriage house and sheds to continue in their existing agricultural ancillary use
