The amendments for which retention permission is now sought include amended bin storage arrangements, chances to the layout and quantum of car parking (with a total of 43 no car parking spaces constructed), the omission of all originally proposed lamp standards and the installation of wall mounted floodlights on blocks a and b, the construction of a precast concrete panel wall along the southern boundary, the omission of landscape planting at the entrance road and eastern boundary, and all other ancillary site works above and below ground.
