Refurbishment of existing staff accommodation and change of use to climate change exhibition adjacent to existing cool planet experience, refurbishment and change of use of existing stables and carriage house to office space, reroofing and refurbishment of existing garden sheds and open yard adjacent to existing estate offices and change of use to office space, foul drainage will be connected to existing public sewer, surface water will be collected and discharged to existing lake for reuse in the existing powerscourt gardens.
